TRANSPORTATION

Zero Gravity is located 80 kilometers (50 miles) from Cancun's International Airport. Cave training and Guiding prices include transportation from Zero Gravity to the dive sites, but one will need to arrange their flight and transportation to and from the airport.

Flights

Most countries now have direct flights to Cancun but often connecting flights can work out much cheaper. As a reference, Spirit Airlines offers a $270 (all inclusive, round trip) fare from Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Although major airlines offer the greatest flight schedules, charter flights can offer significant savings. Pay special attention to weight restrictions and overweight charges.

Airport Shuttle

If staying at a smaller hotel or renting a private condo, transportation to and from the airport will have to be arranged. We can arrange private shuttle service from US$ 85 one-way. Taxis are also available from the airport although prices vary.

If staying at resort, shuttle service to and from the airport is normally provided with an all-inclusive package.

Rental Cars

Rental Cars are quite reasonably priced if pre-booked online. Most of the major rental companies have Cancun Airport locations and there is an Executive car rental outlet at the entrance of Puerto Aventuras. http://www.executive.com.mx/  When driving in Mexico, you must stay alert for "erratic" drivers and so one should avoid driving at night.
